      The Megaraid 9600 series is the third generation of the Broadcom leader TRI-MODE X8 and X16 NVME/SAS/SATA storage adapter. Designed for NVME SSD-based storage systems, the 9600 family provides 2-fold bandwidth, more than 4 times IOP, 25-fold writing delay and 60-fold power increase compared to the previous generation.

      The SAS4116W RAID-on-chip (ROC) based megaraid 9670W-16I provides more than four times random writings and double bandwidth compared to the previous generation. The advanced thermal solution of the 9670W-16I allows these significant performance enhancements without increasing the airflow requirements compared to previous generation adapters. Users can incorporate 9670W -6I into existing platforms to allow break through SSD power without burdening the system with additional cooling and airflow requirements.
