Veress Zoltán - Irgum-Burgum Benedek
Product description
There is hardly a literate Transylvanian person born in the last millennium who does not know Zoltán Veress' legendary fairy tales, which he wrote for the legendary magazine Napsugár in the 1950s and 60s. These are cult works at their best, the numerous editions - and pirated editions - have been read to rags by generations. No wonder, since there are few more lovable fairy tales in our literature. His witty characters, catchy lines and, above all, his endless wit captivate the reader for a lifetime. So that the Hungarian children of the third millennium can also admire the stories of Benedek Irgum Burgum, Tóbiás and Kelemen, Jeromos Veszedelmes, Elek Rongy and Pinduri, we have collected all five tales together: this is the only full release. And István Csillag took the courage to re-illustrate it, after a predecessor like Ferenc Deák. And he succeeded to such an extent that the reader is holding not only the most complete, but also the most beautiful edition. There, where there is a steep granite rock reaching into the sky, lived a bear, his name was Benedek Irgum-Burgum. He was an educated teddy bear, the whole village knew about him long ago: he had a picture newspaper called Napsugár. He read it last time, and suddenly, children, Benedek Irgum-Burgum jumped like a grasshopper. A horrifying scream escaped from Öblös's throat: "Kelemen and Tóbiás have escaped from the Sunbeam! 10; Since the beginning of the world, such a miracle has not happened: it spun and turned, caught a small Hungarian blizzard, snowed in and froze' Baranyai ran to Baltazár, at Baltazárék's cave, he beat on the window: - Come, my coma, help me, I'm looking for two little roosters! The window panes were opened, they were crushing, they were loud: - I'm going, I'm going! - nodded Baltázár Baranyai. Not a blink of an eye had passed, he was already eating his breakfast, and before two had passed, he was lying in front of his house, immersed up to the middle of his legs in a big, uncontrollable sorrow. Where are Tóbiás and Kelemen? Barabás Búzontos roared out of his window: "Wait, I'm having breakfast, I have three more bites." He made a pumpkin cover for his head made of lambskin, took his breakfast, and took it outside in front of the house. -Benedek Burgum. They wandered, they wandered, they crossed seven borders, but the three bear cubs didn't find a rooster. Once another border was crossed, now the eighth: the old forester lives there in the middle of the round forest. He saw the three He quickly got a teddy bear and a rifle...Well, teddy bears, if you can, dig home now! You went, because running is better than biting the grass, Barabás Bús-Boznotos came home sliding on his stomach. Don't let me tell you how Baltázár Baranyai got home, hey j, his tongue was sticking out so much that he was already licking the ground. Benedek also trudged home, when it was pitch black, he took home twenty or thirty shotguns in his fur. Then he got himself together at home, dressed for the occasion, and moved to Napsugár instead of the Tóbiáses. (Napsugár, January 1958) Zoltán Veress (1936, Cluj - 2013, Stockholm) - poet, writer.
