The Tenda TEG1005M is a five-port Gigabit Ethernet switch that connects network devices for high-speed data transfer. It suits home or office networks where video streaming, online gaming and transferring large files need reliable bandwidth.
Automatic MDI/MDIX detection recognises the cable type on its own, so you can plug in straight or crossover network cables without any manual switching. The switch also supports the energy-saving 802.3az EEE standard, which adjusts power consumption to the current traffic load.
High-quality ceramic capacitors are fitted to help keep the power supply stable. At around 500 g, the compact switch is simple to set up: connect it to power and to your network devices, and it is ready to use.
