RODE VideoMic GO

The RODE VideoMic GO is a compact, lightweight directional microphone for cameras that captures clean, detailed audio. Its narrow pickup pattern focuses on the sound in front of the camera, helping to keep unwanted background noise out of your recordings.

The Rycote Lyre shock-mount suspension isolates the microphone capsule from mechanical vibrations and knocks from the surroundings that could affect sound quality. Unlike traditional rubber suspensions, the Lyre is made from high-grade thermoplastic as a single piece, with no joints, so it stays consistent and does not wear or weaken over time.

The VideoMic GO is simple to use, with no complicated controls or setup. It draws its power directly from the camera or recorder's audio input (Plug-On power), so there are no batteries that could run flat during a shoot.
