RODE NTG3 professional short shotgun microphone silver

The RØDE NTG3 is the flagship of the manufacturer's shotgun microphone range. Thanks to the long-term work of the development engineers and the professional production conditions, the NTG3 has become an uncompromising device suitable for high-end broadcast, film and theater use.

Its first-class, full and detailed sound makes the microphone one of the best in its category. The special technology that solves the electrical biasing of the NTG3 capsule makes the microphone almost completely resistant to condensing moisture, so it can be used safely in places with high humidity and in the midst of large temperature fluctuations.

The NTG3 is available in a nickel-plated matte finish or black ceramic coating, despite its massive bronze housing, it weighs only 163 grams, so it can be conveniently used mounted on cameras or held on a microphone pole. The noise of its electronics has been reduced by 50% compared to previous NTG series rifle microphones. Its precise supercardioid characteristic produces the same crystal-clear sound image in all situations.

When the microphone is not in use, it can be conveniently stored and carried in the included waterproof aluminum case, which, thanks to its internal, spongy design, provides security even against minor mechanical ordeals.
