    Product description

    The Profoto Connect Sony is a clean, button-free flash trigger designed for simple operation. It has three modes: OFF, Auto and Manual. In Auto mode it fires Profoto flashes using TTL control, while Manual mode lets you set the output by hand.

    The device is essentially a Bluetooth adapter. It receives the signal from the camera telling it when to fire the flashes, and it is controlled from a smartphone or tablet through the Profoto app. Flash groups and brightness levels are set within the app, which is especially useful when the camera is mounted somewhere hard to reach.

    The Sony version has a built-in lithium-polymer battery that provides up to 30 hours of continuous operation. Weighing just 100 grams, it is lightweight, and its finish is black.
