The LUMIX S5IIX also makes it easy to shoot videos on the go. Active I.S. (Image Stabilization) detects camera shake and optimizes correction ratios to compensate for even significant movements, while advanced E.I.S.* (Electronic Image Stabilization) reduces peripheral distortion during video recording. This allows you to create beautiful sequences even when you have to move quickly while recording the video.

This new feature records a low bitrate auxiliary file when recording video. Simultaneous recording of an auxiliary file linked to the original video recording, which allows less time to pass between recording and publishing.

The LUMIX S5IIX is capable of outputting RAW video data via HDMI, which can be saved in ProRes RAW format with ATOMOS NINJA V+, NINJA V and Shogun CONNECT HDR monitor recorders.* Blackmagic RAW can also be recorded with Video Assist 12G HDR.

The LUMIX S5IIX supports image recording to and playback from a USB-connected SSD. In addition, the ability to record ProRes 422 HQ (max. 1.9 Gb/s) and 4:2:2 10-bit ALL-Intra directly to SSD increased the efficiency of backup and post-processing by increasing portability and data management capacity.

You can transmit your fresh material in real time with your favorite video transmission method! Outdoor wireless live video streaming (RTMP/RTMPS) is a simple setup with the LUMIX Sync app. Indoors, the extremely stable wired live streaming (RTP/RTSP) can also be used.

4:2:2 10-bit C4K/4K 60p/50p unlimited recording time* Thanks to the compact frame equivalent to the S5 model, the new, optimized heat dissipation of the LUMIX S5IIX enables longer recordings even for resource-intensive image recording (e.g. videos above 4K and HFR) possible.

The new processing system results in more realistic colors, higher resolution and a natural spatial effect, and together with Dual Native ISO technology, it effectively reduces image noise even at extreme sensitivities, beautifully displaying the darkest areas.

LUT-corrected photos and videos can be recorded inside the device without special software. With the machine, the user can expand his image expressiveness at will, even without special image editing practice.
