MINIS FORUM NAS N5 Pro

The Minis Forum NAS N5 Pro is a NAS-class PC designed for the most demanding users - developers, engineers, data analysts and companies that need a reliable local AI infrastructure. The flagship AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX Pro 370 processor delivers exceptional performance for computing, server and machine learning applications with 80 TOPS of processing power. It supports up to 96 GB of DDR5 ECC memory, guaranteeing stability and lightning-fast data transfer in precision-demanding environments. The storage system with a capacity of up to 144TB (5 HDD compartments + 3 M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD) provides flexible configuration options - from project archiving to multimedia storage. The industrial design is designed for compact design, efficient cooling and quiet operation, while the rich set of ports - including PCIe x16, 10 Gbps LAN, 5 Gbps LAN and OCuLink - enables the creation of advanced computing and networking systems. The whole is complemented by MinisCloud OS, which offers data management according to several scenarios - at work, at home and in the private cloud.

Next generation multi-core performance
The NAS N5 Pro mini PC sets a new level of performance among NAS-class mini PCs. Driven by an AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX Pro 370 chip with a Zen 5 + Zen 5c architecture, 12 cores and 24 threads clocked at up to 5.1 GHz, it provides up to 10 times faster speed than typical Intel N100 processor models. This performance enables lightning-fast multi-user file access, parallel processing and smooth decoding of 4K video content. The integrated NPU offers 50 TOPS of local AI performance, which increases the performance of AI-based tasks by up to 68% compared to the previous generation. The integrated AMD Radeon™ 890M GPU, on the other hand, improves video transcoding and rendering, providing 20% more smoothness - the device is ideal for multimedia-intensive environments.

An intelligent system for work and data management
The device runs on the MinisCloud OS operating system, which combines ease of use with professional functions. The platform works with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android systems, allowing quick access to data from any device - without the need to configure complex network protocols. Built-in features such as ZFS snapshots, LZ4 compression, multi-user isolation, and support for containerized applications allow you to create a secure work environment and manage resources efficiently. The system also offers AI-powered smart photo albums and one-click remote access, so users can fully control their data regardless of location or device. Integrated tools monitor file integrity and use the high-speed, lossless LZ4 compression algorithm (up to 500MB/s) to help manage storage and speed up backups.

Enhanced computing power for professionals
Thanks to the OCuLink port, it is possible to connect an external graphics card (eGPU), which significantly speeds up calculations related to artificial intelligence, rendering or image processing - up to three times. The built-in PCIe x16 expansion slot enables further expansion - from 10 GbE network cards to storage controllers to additional ultra-low latency SSDs. These capabilities make the NAS N5 Pro the ideal device for creators, developers and IT professionals looking for a flexible, scalable and high-performance system ready to tackle the most demanding tasks.

Fast transfer and secure data copies
The computer is equipped with a 10 GbE network port, which provides data transfer speeds of up to 1250 MB/s - up to ten times faster than traditional gigabit networks. As a result, transferring a 10 gigabyte file, such as a Blu-ray movie, takes just a few seconds. This high transfer speed makes it easy to collaborate between teams, manage large graphics projects or exchange data between servers without delay. In addition, the ZFS file system with a snapshot function protects data from accidental deletion and allows you to quickly restore previous versions of files, which is especially important for financial records, graphic projects, videos or customer resources. In addition, the DDR5 ECC (Error-Correcting Code) memory used automatically detects and corrects data errors, increasing system stability and information storage reliability. As a result, the Minis Forum NAS N5 Pro guarantees the integrity of files even in the case of simultaneous intensive work by several users.

Intelligent media library and entertainment center
The NAS N5 Pro can also function as a personal media center. With its intelligent AI Photo Library function, it automatically recognizes faces,
