Lénárt Gitta - Élő édességek II.

Avocado lime pie? Cashew yogurt? Lemon poppy balls?
All raw? "But it's delicious!" Of course it's delicious!

Gitta Lénárt hardly needs to be introduced to the readers, as almost every year she expands the camp of followers of raw cuisine with new books, TV appearances, lectures, and courses.
Since the launch of Élő démeségés in 2011, he has continuously experimented and created new exciting raw sweets. Desserts consisting mainly of fruits and oil seeds are not only healthy and extremely delicious, but also beautiful! They do not contain flour, eggs or added sugar, and without heat treatment, the raw materials remain wholesome. Making them is a very rewarding task, because it is significantly simpler than traditional baked sweets.
From the volume, we can immediately get answers to the most important questions:

What should we sweeten with?
What raw materials should we use?
Which kitchen utensils might we need?
How to make raw seed milk at home?
How to dry fruit leaves?

Creams made from natural ingredients, brightly colored glasses, cakes and pies decorated with fruits look appetizing at any family or friend gathering. Their success is guaranteed, as we can safely snack on them, and they are magically delicious!
