"The book is woven through two lines of thought. One of the lines of thought is the practical explanation of the book Healing food 1. Feeding our body. This ranges from shopping to preparing meals, from the energetic nature of food and drink to the health-preserving significance of eating that affects the whole person both physically and mentally. The other line of thought extends the practice to all those who live with us, that is, to our children, our older, sick relatives. The first volume introduced us to the health-maintaining, disease-preventing and healing effects of our nutrition. Although he published quite a few vegetarian recipes, the emphasis was on the energetic, spiritual and spiritual well-being of eating, and on the teachings and important questions related to nutrition. The second volume discusses the thought processes that most endanger our health and well-being, the role of our immune system, as well as health-protecting foods and food preparation methods. This book aims to be useful in this sense. Everything that was said theoretically in the previous volume can now be examined in practice. The case studies in which the author describes in detail the problem of each of his clients, which led to the disease, provide clarity. It then describes the therapies used and the way to solve the problem, with particular attention to detoxification and nutrition. By publishing the case descriptions, he wants to make it clear that beyond the uniqueness and personality of each case, there are general rules that, by taking them into account, can make our lives significantly easier, reduce stress, and in short, effectively contribute to our well-being."
