This Delock SATA cable is designed for the internal connection of SATA devices such as hard drives, controller cards or flash memory. It supports data transfer rates of up to 6 Gb/s and complies with the requirements of the latest standard. It is backward compatible with earlier SATA versions, although the connection then runs at the lower transfer rate of the respective version. One connector is straight and the other is angled at 90° and points upwards, which helps route the cable neatly when connected to a hard drive.

Both ends use 7-pin SATA connectors, and metal clips on the plugs keep the connection secure. The cable measures approximately 100 cm excluding connectors and uses 26 AWG wire. Its blue sheath makes it easy to identify inside the case.
