Product description
The formation and institutionalization of public administrative legal protection in Hungary is one of the much-discussed issues in public administration dogmatics and judicial theory. Public administration cannot be interpreted solely from the point of view of legal aspects, as it represents an individual-community relationship that also affects the issue of justice and related moral standards. The evolution of the history of administrative justice in Hungary clearly shows the change in the basic values on the basis of which certain decisions were made. The keywords used in administrative legal protection and belonging to the topic of morality and their relationships are explored for the first time in this book: the correlation systems of words related to morality, as well as the administrative changes in text and jurisprudence related to the concept of value appearing in law; the investigation of justice in the sphere of public administration is also given great emphasis, but we also get an answer to the question of whether public administration is really a "normatively closed, cognitively open" can it be interpreted as a subsystem, or do its limits extend beyond this to a world that can be considered fair from the point of view of game theory. By summarizing the values and changes in values revealed during the analysis, the author points out: there is a clear connection between the expressions related to values used by the legislator and the law enforcer, but leaving the level of legal norms and examining the legalities of religion and morality, the power offers a new methodological approach and interpretation of public administration and scientific text analysis.
