In addition to the serious things that govern life, there are two passions that especially connect those who have something in common. One is cards, the other is hunting. But as long as the card more or less shows the opponent, − sometimes the enemy − in each other with the playing parties: hunting, just the other way around, creates and strengthens the most cordial, often friendly, relationship. Hunting parties are usually cheerful, like to joke, have fun and give gifts. Everyone experiences something in their hunting life that is amusing and that can be told to make you laugh, and even those who cannot boast that they have had interesting or crazy incidents: at least they have heard about it and pass it on cheerfully.
