AXIS A8207-VE is three high-end security solutions in one that eliminates the need for additional equipment around your entrances. It provides echo cancellation, noise reduction and an induction loop for hearing aids for clear two-way communication between staff and all visitors. It has a built-in access control reader (RFID) for employee access that allows remote control of the entrance using a computer, desktop phone or mobile device.

Excellent network monitoring capabilities come in the form of a full-featured 6-megapixel security camera with advanced technologies such as wide dynamic range, Axis Zipstream and ACAP support for intelligent analysis. It also includes a multifunctional passive IR sensor, for example to detect approaching people and then trigger events, such as recording or verbal greeting. Third-party audio analysis can be integrated to trigger audio alerts or recordings, for example when gunshots or aggression are detected. Built-in tamper sensors can trigger events if someone tries to gain access by manipulating the door station.

Easy accessibility for everyone
AXIS A8207-VE works as a card and PIN code reader to accept employees and other authorized persons without any other intervention. Unknown visitors can use the door station keypad to call reception, the visited person or the security staff and request access. Call takers can then see, talk and open doors for visitors directly or remotely, wherever they are using a mobile phone, IP phone or video management system.
