X-SENSE SWS54 water leak detector kit

The X-SENSE SWS54 is a smart water leak detection kit for the home. It includes three SWS51 water sensors and an SBS50 base station, and reports both small leaks and larger flooding. The sensors detect water at a level of around 0.4 mm and trigger an alarm of up to 110 dB, accompanied by a flashing LED, while a notification is sent to the X-Sense Home Security app.

The sensors are well suited to areas where water damage is most likely, such as the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room or basement. The base station supports up to 50 devices, and the wireless range reaches up to 500 m in open space, so the system can also be used in larger homes and apartments.

The sensors are rated IP66 and resist moisture. They are powered by two replaceable AAA batteries, which the manufacturer states can last up to three years. The package contains the base station, three sensors, a power adapter, a power cable and a user manual.
