Composition: common yarrow, hibiscus, orange blossom

Dosage: pour 1 tablespoon of tea herb with 2.5 dl of hot water, let it stand covered for 15 minutes, then strain and consume, a quarter of an hour before meals.

Contraindication:

The consumption of the tea mixture is recommended twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
It can be used during ovulation.
