      The WD BLACK SN8100 is a high-performance internal SSD in the M.2 2280 form factor, designed mainly for gamers and demanding users. This 2TB model uses the PCIe Gen 5 interface and, according to the manufacturer, reaches read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s and write speeds of up to 14,000 MB/s. Its TLC flash memory and NVMe protocol deliver low latency, which shortens system boot times, application loading and file operations.

      This version ships without a heatsink, so it fits easily into laptops and compact cases. Its SED (Self-Encrypting Drive) technology and ATA Security support provide hardware-level data encryption and stronger protection for sensitive information.

      The drive is well suited to gaming systems, content creation and other tasks that demand high data throughput. Rated at 1200 TBW, it is built for reliable, long-term use.
