    The Vivafit GerincDoktor Pro is a multifunction spine care tool that works both as a back support and as a stretching bench. Using it for around five minutes a day may help prevent back pain, encourage good posture and restore the spine's natural curves.

    The pad measures about 39 cm in length, and its arch can be adjusted across three levels. At the lowest setting it rises to 7.5 cm, and at the highest to 12.5 cm. Its massage pins deliver intensive acupressure massage, and it supports a maximum load of 120 kg.

    Placed against the back of a chair, it serves as a back support, while placed on the floor it is suited to stretching the back muscles. The ergonomic shape helps support the lumbar region. Medical advice is recommended before regular use.
