    The Virtuos HM-755A is a built-in CCD 2D barcode reader module designed for kiosk machines, industrial equipment and production lines. It reads both 1D and 2D barcodes from a variety of surfaces, including through transparent packaging and from display screens.

    The robust aluminium alloy housing provides IP54 protection. A CMOS image sensor with 640 x 480 pixels and a 32-bit ARM processor deliver a reading speed of 60 frames per second across a reading distance of 5 to 37 cm. The module keeps working reliably under strong light, up to 100,000 lux of direct sunlight, and is optimised for reading mobile payment codes from small displays.

    The USB interface supports keyboard and serial port emulation and is compatible with Windows, iOS, Android and Linux. The operating temperature range is -10 °C to +60 °C.
