The UTRAI JS9 is a multifunction car jump starter that combines engine starting, an air compressor, a power bank and LED lighting in one compact unit. It is designed to start 12 V vehicles, from motorcycles and passenger cars to ATVs, boats, motorhomes and tractors, and supports petrol engines up to 8.5 litres and diesel engines up to 6.5 litres. According to the manufacturer, one charge allows up to 40 starts, and the device is rated for operation between -20 °C and 60 °C.

The built-in compressor reaches a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and can be set to a target value in PSI, BAR or KPA; it switches off automatically once that level is reached. It can inflate car tyres as well as balls, air mattresses and other inflatable items. The 2-inch LED display shows battery level, compressor mode, current pressure and saved target values, and the smart clamps use a green light to confirm a correct battery connection.

The 15,000 mAh battery also works as a power bank, with USB ports (5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A, 12 V/1.5 A) and USB-C Quick Charge 3.0 for phones, tablets, headphones and similar devices. The LED flashlight offers steady light, flashing light and an SOS signal. The unit weighs about 1.2 kg and measures roughly 20.5 × 15.5 × 7.5 cm, with ten protection functions including overload, short-circuit, reverse-polarity and overheating protection.
