The Unold Don Alfredo is a pizza oven for the home that bakes pizzas in the style of Neapolitan cooking. Its 1700-watt heating element reaches temperatures from 80 °C up to 450 °C, allowing you to make crisp, well-browned pizzas up to 30 cm in diameter.
The oven includes six built-in programmes: Napoli, Thin & Crispy, New York style, Pan pizza, Frozen pizza and a custom DIY programme. A three-level rotary dial keeps operation simple and intuitive.
The door has double-glazed glass, a heat-resistant fibreglass seal and a Cool-Touch handle, and the interior is illuminated. The package includes a pizza stone, a pizza peel, a recipe booklet and an instruction manual. Designed for indoor use only, the appliance has a power cable of about 90 cm.
