The UNI-T UT377A is a compact and accurate moisture meter specially designed to measure the water content of wood, plywood, paper and other wood-based materials. The device classifies wood according to four density categories and automatically compensates for the effect of ambient temperature, giving reliable results in all conditions. The UT377A is a reliable tool for woodworkers, furniture makers, restoration teams and woodworking enthusiasts.
The meter recognizes four main types of wood, which correspond to the 28 most commonly used types of wood, so the measurement can be adapted to the type of material. In this way, the user avoids errors due to different wood densities and obtains more accurate measurement results. Automatic temperature compensation further increases the reliability of the measurement, regardless of the operating conditions.
A bright, backlit LCD display displays results with a 0.5 second refresh rate, while MAX/MIN modes and a data save function allow the user to save the most important measurements. The UT377A automatically adjusts the measurement range and automatically turns off when the measurement is finished, which saves energy. A low battery indicator reminds you to replace the battery, ensuring continuous operation.
Thanks to its compact housing and 1 meter drop resistance, the UT377A works well both in the workshop and on the construction site. It works with three AAA batteries, so it can be used for hours without recharging. The perfect tool for anyone who needs quick and accurate measurements.
