UNI-T UT372 non-contact tachometer

The Uni-T UT372 is a non-contact tachometer that measures rotational speeds from 10 to 99,999 revolutions per minute. It works with a laser and reflective tape, so the measurement does not interfere with the running equipment. Accuracy depends on the range: ±0.03% for 10 to 99 RPM and ±(0.04% + 2) at higher ranges, giving reliable readings at both low and high speeds. The clear 5-digit LCD offers dual readout and a counter function up to 99,999, which makes the device well suited to diagnosing motors, fans and other rotating parts.

MAX, MIN and AVG modes help you analyse changes over time, and an adjustable sampling time lets you adapt the measurement to the application. The Data Hold function makes results easier to read, auto power-off saves energy, and battery life of up to 40 hours reduces how often batteries need replacing. The USB connection allows measurement data to be transferred to a computer for further analysis.

The compact, lightweight housing (100 g) sits comfortably in the hand and suits both fieldwork and workshop use. The package includes reflective tape, a USB cable, PC software on CD, a user manual and blister packaging.
