UNI-T UT336B refrigerant leak detector

The UNI-T UT336B is a compact refrigerant leak detector built around a sensitive semiconductor sensor, designed to locate leaks in cooling systems quickly and reliably. Its high sensitivity, rated at 3 g per year, is complemented by six adjustable sensitivity levels, so the device can be matched to the working environment and used to find even small leaks with fewer false readings.

Audible and visual alarms alert the user when a leak is detected. The probe has a built-in backlight that changes colour during an alarm, helping to see the measuring point in awkward conditions. The device resets automatically at switch-on and shuts off automatically when not in use. According to the manufacturer, the battery lasts up to 10 hours.

The detector supports common refrigerants including CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs, making it suitable for servicing air conditioning units, repairing refrigeration equipment and automotive applications. The package includes the detector, a quick guide, safety instructions, four AA alkaline batteries and a fabric carrying bag.
