UGREEN U715 Revodok Max Thunderbolt 5 13-in-1 docking station

The UGREEN U715 Revodok Max is a 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 docking station that adds monitors, storage, networking and peripherals to a laptop or desktop workstation. It works with Mac and Windows computers equipped with Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 5, and is compatible with Apple M1 to M4 chips as well as Intel processors. The grey aluminium body weighs 350 g and sits neatly on a desk, with silicone pads on the base to prevent slipping.

The port selection includes a 2.5G RJ45 Ethernet port, three Thunderbolt 5 downstream ports, one Thunderbolt 5 upstream port, a 10 Gbps USB-C 3.2 port, two 10 Gbps USB-A 3.2 ports, two 5 Gbps USB-A 3.0 ports, an SD card reader, a microSD 4.0 reader and a 3.5 mm audio jack. According to the manufacturer, the Thunderbolt 5 connection offers up to 80 Gbps of bandwidth and up to 140 W of laptop charging.

Display support depends on the host computer, with resolutions such as 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 240 Hz possible in suitable setups. The number of supported monitors and the maximum resolutions vary by model and platform. An aluminium chassis, thermal silicone and a multilayer circuit board are used to help keep the dock stable during sustained heavy use.
