Looking for a handy port extension for your laptop or tablet? The Ugreen CM498 adapter is a solution that combines functionality, quality workmanship and versatility in a compact package. With up to seven ports, 4K support for two monitors and high-speed data transfer, this hub is perfect for office work, entertainment or creative work.
The Ugreen CM498 offers up to seven connectors to connect almost any device. Two USB-A 3.2 ports and two USB-C 3.2 ports (Universal Serial Bus, a connector and communication standard used to connect various devices to a computer) provide high-speed data transfer of up to 10 Gbps, so you can easily work with large files, external drives or flash drives. In addition, there are two HDMI ports (High-Definition Multimedia Interface, a digital audio-video connection standard that enables the transmission of high-quality video and sound) and a USB-C input for powering the laptop.
If you're working on multiple monitors or want to conveniently share a screen, two HDMI ports with 60Hz 4K support make all the difference. The adapter supports MST (Multi-Stream Transport technology) under Windows, so you can display different content on two screens. Each HDMI port fully supports 4K@60Hz resolution, resulting in smooth, detailed images.
The USB-C port with PD (Power Delivery, fast and intelligent charging technology for devices equipped with USB-C) fast charging protocol supports up to 100 W power, so you can easily charge your laptop even during hard work. The adapter transmits a maximum of 85W of power to your device, and keeps the remaining 15W for other, smaller needs, thus ensuring stable and safe operation without the risk of overloading.
The entire device is enclosed in an aluminum housing that looks elegant and stylish, effectively dissipates heat and protects electronics from damage. Thanks to its small size, the adapter fits easily in a bag or backpack - ideal for mobile work.
