Intelligent WISP Control Point with Fiberprotect Technology

Ubiquiti Networks introduces Edgepoint, which is part of the Edgemax platform. The first application-specific planned WISP control point, Edgepoint combines Edgemax routing features with fiberbackhaul and versatile power capabilities.

Breakthrough in installation of the tower
EDGEPOIN significantly reduces electrostatic discharge (ESD) failure and electromagnetic interference (EMI), significantly improves data signal integrity, and consolidates the wired medium for a long-term connection.

The target for WISP control
The first application-specific planned WISP control point, Edgepoint, combines Edgemax's advanced routing capabilities with Fiber application and versatile power capabilities.

Everything in one is design
A single compact controller eliminates mess, expensive cabinets, foreign installations and excessive maintenance.

Robust construction
The flexible case is resistant to external conditions, including wind, rain and snow. The attached cable sleeve protects the cables and cable opening. If you like, you can replace it with your own channel.

Special applications
For the EP-S16, layer comparison in layer 2 provides a similar redundancy and a higher power advantage.

Versatility
The 54 V DC or POE-fed EP-S16 54 or 24 V passive POE supports all Ubiquiti products including Airfiber and Airmax.

The EP-S16 contains 16 RJ45 Ethernet ports and two SFP+ ports.
