TY's gluten-free buttercream mix lets you make your own buttercream at home with minimal effort. The product is gluten-free, palm oil-free and contains no hydrogenated fats, making it a suitable choice for health-conscious consumers.
Preparation is simple: stir 200 g of the mix with 135 ml of water and let it rest for one hour. Then whip the mixture together with 240 g of soft butter. The finished buttercream is ideal for decorating cakes, coating cakes or making desserts.
The 400 g pack provides enough mix for several portions of buttercream. Any leftover cream can be frozen and kept on hand for later use. The mix contains stabilisers and emulsifiers to help achieve a smooth, consistent texture.
