    Product description

    This TY macaron baking mix makes it easy to prepare these delicate French treats at home. The 250 g pack yields about 22 macarons (44 halves). The mix is made from sugar, rice starch, almond flour and egg white, and it is gluten-free, lactose-free, free from palm oil and contains no hydrogenated fats.

    Preparation is simple: mix the contents with egg white, add food colouring if you like, and pipe the batter with a piping bag. After resting for two hours, bake at 140 °C for 15 minutes.

    The finished macarons can be filled with buttercream or any filling of your choice. The mix suits both special occasions and everyday indulgence.
