    Product description

    This TY apple and cinnamon cake mix makes a gluten-free and lactose-free cake at home. The 300 g pack is sized for a round cake of 18 cm diameter or a rectangular one of 25 cm diameter, so it fits simple home baking routines.

    You only need to add butter (or vegetable oil for the lactose-free version) and eggs, then add fresh apple, nuts or chocolate to taste. The mix is made without palm oil and hydrogenated fats.

    Baked at 170 °C, the cake is ready in about 35 minutes and stays soft. It suits people following a gluten-free and lactose-free diet who want a freshly baked, aromatic dessert.
