The Trust GXT 498 FORTA is a gaming headset with a microphone, designed specifically for the PlayStation 5 and officially licensed by Sony. Its ear-enclosing design aims to keep the headset comfortable during longer gaming sessions, and some of the materials are made from recycled raw materials.
The headset connects by wire via a 3.5 mm jack and has a 120 cm cable. Stereo sound covers a range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, with 32 ohm impedance and 90 dB sensitivity, for clear and detailed audio.
The built-in electret microphone picks up sound from all directions across a frequency range of 100 Hz to 17,000 Hz. Echo cancellation helps keep communication clearer during team play. The headset weighs 253 grams and measures 83 x 165 x 205 mm.
