TRENDY SPORT 204600419 Lacada Suspension Trainer Black

The Trendy Lacada suspension trainer is primarily used for physiotherapy, fitness and home use, especially for strengthening muscles, body endurance and coordination.

It's a great supplement for training as you can do different exercises with it that make your training more intense.

The exercise belt can be used by anyone regardless of age and gender, it doesn't matter if someone is an elite athlete or just starting to make friends with movement.

Based on the numbered belt, we can adjust many things according to our own needs, such as the height of the suspension, the angle of the straps, and the degree of difficulty.

In addition, together with other aids (e.g. balls) the effectiveness of the training can be increased.

The Trendy Lacada suspension trainer can be suspended from the ceiling, door frame or fixed on a special stand, so it can be used almost anywhere.

The ropes are stable and safe, thanks to the high quality of the anti-slip handles and the stainless steel carabiner.

The Trendy Lacada trainer can be taken anywhere thanks to its small size.
