Indoor ceiling motion sensor. Passive infrared motion detectors (PIR) detect the movement of heat emitted by objects, and in case of a movement of a suitable magnitude, the relay built into the sensor switches.
For this reason, the sensor must "see" the moving object, otherwise detection and switching will not take place. The sensitivity is always higher for transverse movement and lower for approaching movement, therefore we recommend placing sensors equipped with one sensor parallel to the expected direction of movement.
