Love and sex with the teacher - the much-discussed international bestseller with millions of copies sold

Sixteen-year-old T.J. Callahan has no desire to travel anywhere. Her cancer is in remission and she wants nothing more than to get her old life back. But his parents insist that he make up his schoolwork over the summer and learn all the things he missed because of his illness.

Anna Emerson, a 30-year-old English teacher, torn apart by the cold Chicago winter and an aimless relationship, gets the chance to break the monotony of everyday life. She agrees to spend the summer on a tropical island teaching T.J.

Anna and T.J. they board a private jet and head to the Callahan family's vacation home, but as they fly over the twelve hundred islands of the Maldives archipelago, the unthinkable happens: they crash into shark-infested waters. They manage to get ashore, but soon realize that they are stuck on an uninhabited island.

At first, they only think about one thing: survival. But as days turn into weeks, then months, and birthdays come and go, the castaways must contend with tropical storms, countless dangers lurking at sea, and the biggest threat, the possibility that T.J. his cancer recurs. They can only rely on each other's love and rely on each other, so these two lost souls must accept their situation and find comfort in each other's company in the moments when they need it most.

The novel by Tracey Garvis Graves stirred huge storms in no time and became a real cult book, a bestseller with millions of copies.
