TP-LINK Tapo C465 8MP IP camera 3.17mm + solar panel

The TP-Link Tapo C465 is an outdoor security camera with a built-in solar panel and 8 MP (3840 x 2160) 4K UHD resolution, captured through a 3.17 mm lens. The integrated solar panel keeps the internal battery charged, so the camera can run without a power cable. According to the manufacturer, around 50 minutes of daylight per day is enough for continuous operation.

AI-based detection recognises people, pets and vehicles and sends real-time alerts through the Tapo app. Two-way audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, together with a 100 dBA siren, adds to its functions. Its IP65 rating means it is protected against rain, snow and dust.

Storage options include a microSD card slot supporting up to 512 GB and the Tapo Care cloud service. The camera connects over dual-band Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and it can be mounted magnetically.
