The MC420L is a media converter designed to transform between 10GBase-SR/LR, 10GBase-LRM and 10GBASE between copper media. Integrated with the SFP module, it easily extends the distance of the existing gigabit network through fiber optics. The MC420L uses the IEEE 802.3AE 10GBASE-SR/LR 10G Ethernet and IEEE 802.3AN 10GBASE as part of the MULTI-MODE/Single-Mode SFP module. Gigabit fiberglass converters can easily build long-range point-to-point connections, making it ideal for network connections, remote monitoring and automated factory equipment.

The MC420L can be installed flexibly on a separate desktop computers or in a house (TP-Link MC1400). Easy-to-see front-facing LEDs provide real-time status information to track network activity minute by minute. While the maximum transmission of optical fibers depends on the insertion of the SFP module.
