The TomTom Touch Fitness Tracker Cardio is a slim fitness band, designed for round-the-clock activity tracking. It counts steps, distance, calories burned and active time, and also records your sleep duration. Heart rate is measured directly at the wrist, so the readings adjust to your effort during training sessions.

Using bioelectrical impedance, the device estimates body fat percentage, muscle mass and overall fitness condition when the sensor touches your skin, at the press of a button. All data appears on the touchscreen, a 128 x 16 pixel display with a scratch-resistant surface. The strap is black and removable, so you can change it to match your style.

The band is water-resistant to IPX7, suitable for handwashing and showering but not for swimming. It connects to Android and iOS smartphones via Bluetooth and alerts you to incoming calls and messages.
