The TomTom Touch Fitness Tracker Cardio in black is a unisex fitness band that records your movement around the clock. It counts steps, distance, calories burned, active time and sleep duration, and measures your heart rate directly at the wrist. Using bioelectrical impedance, it also estimates body composition such as body fat and muscle mass.

All data appears on a clear 0.49-inch touchscreen with a 128 x 16 pixel resolution. The device is water-resistant to IPX7, so brief immersion such as hand washing is fine, but it is not suitable for swimming. It connects to Android and iOS smartphones via Bluetooth and alerts you to incoming calls and messages.

Weighing just 21 grams, the band is light and comfortable and rarely gets in the way during everyday activities. According to the manufacturer, the battery lasts about seven days.
