    The high -performance heat conductivity paste paste of the Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad series has an extremely flexible and adaptable surface while providing excellent heat conductivity. Even the smallest component departments can be effectively compensated. Are available in different sizes and thicknesses.

    Easy to use and flexible minus benches are made of different ingredients: they contain ceramic-silicone-based formula and contain nano-aluminum oxide. In all cases, the benches ensure optimum heat transfer. Minimum pressure is sufficient for optimum fixation. Each bench is environmentally friendly and complies with the Rohs regulations.
