Product description
This black Kapton insulating tape from Thermal Grizzly is designed to electrically insulate RAM modules, CPUs and GPUs. At just 40 µm thick, the film has minimal impact on heat conduction while effectively preventing electrical short circuits between sensitive components. With a breakdown voltage above 1 kV and heat resistance up to 280 °C, it suits demanding PC builds.
Each strip measures 10 x 60 mm and can be applied easily to the required surfaces. The pack contains 10 carrier sheets with 5 films on each, giving a total of 50 pieces.
It is a practical choice for insulation tasks when assembling PC components, particularly before fitting heat conductors and coolers.
