TETHERTOOLS Weather-resistant cable protector

Secure and protect your cable connections with the Cord Protect Weatherizer from Tether Tools. This durable cable lock securely connects daisy-chained cables while providing weatherproof protection against rain, sleet, and ice – ensuring trouble-free performance for creators in both studio and outdoor environments.

The Cord Protect Weatherizer from Tether Tools replaces the standard extension lock with a more secure, durable and weatherproof design – offering professionals a rugged design built for harsh environments. Made of commercial grade UV resistant plastic and 4 layers of rubberized protective sealant, this durable housing prevents cables from becoming detached while protecting connection points from rain, sleet and ice.

Designed to meet or exceed NEMA 250-3R and IP44 ratings, the Cord Protect Weatherizer ensures that fixed cables stay sealed, secure and functional - whether in the studio or on location. Its simple design makes it easy for photographers and digital technicians to daisy-chain multiple cables together for longer runtimes while protecting the technical connection. Sold as a single, ready-to-use unit, Cord Protect provides professional-level coverage and weatherproof protection.
