TERRAMASTER D6-320 (6xHDD)

The TerraMaster D6-320 is an external DAS enclosure for up to six 3.5-inch SATA hard drives, with support for 2.5-inch hard drives and SSDs as well. It connects via USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, with a bandwidth of up to 10 Gb/s, making it suitable for fast data transfers and straightforward storage expansion. According to the manufacturer, six drives of up to 22 TB each can provide a total capacity of up to 132 TB.

Each of the six bays operates independently in SINGLE DISK/JBOD mode, so every drive is visible and managed separately. Hot Swap support allows drives to be replaced or added without powering down the unit, and intelligent disk sleep mode helps reduce energy consumption. The metal chassis is cooled by two 80 mm fans that adjust their speed to the operating temperature.

The D6-320 is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux, and with certain TerraMaster NAS servers running TOS 5.1 or later. Its compact design fits easily on a desk or in a small server room, making it a practical choice for home and office use.
