The TERRAMASTER TM-D1 SSD is an external enclosure for a single M.2 NVMe SSD in the 2280 size, supporting capacities of up to 8 TB. It connects via USB Type-C at USB 3.1 Gen 2 or USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds, and the same port supplies power, allowing fast data transfers and backups. It is compatible with computers, phones and other multimedia devices.
The rugged aluminium housing is designed as a heatsink. Passive cooling without a fan keeps the drive running silently and within an optimal temperature range even under heavy load. With an IP67 rating, the device is protected against dust and water and withstands a load of up to 1.2 tonnes.
Weighing 146 g, the silver enclosure is well suited to photographers and videographers working in the field, as well as to travellers who need reliable storage in demanding conditions.
