TASTY ME Gluten-free yellow coating drops 300g 101341

This yellow coating wafer from TASTY ME is a gluten-free mass that melts easily. It is ideal for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits, and when melted it works well for decorating cakes and cupcakes with chocolate moulds or for making chocolate lollipops with lollipop moulds.

To melt it, heat the mass in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds. If it becomes too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, add a drop of water.

Ingredients include sugar, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), low-fat milk powder, milk whey protein powder, the emulsifiers E492 and E322, and the colouring carotenes (E160a). Allergen information: milk.
