This gluten-free white coating wafer from Tasty Me is a practical choice for home baking and cake decorating. It melts easily, so it works well for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits, and for decorating cakes and cupcakes.
The melted coating can also be poured into chocolate moulds, and with Tasty Me lollipop moulds it makes attractive chocolate lollipops. To melt, heat in a microwave at 700 W for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, add a drop of water. The pack contains 300 g. Contains milk.
