The pack contains sugar pearls in several sizes, with diameters of 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 mm. The net weight is 70 g. The product is completely gluten-free and lactose-free, so it can also be used by people following special diets. Ingredients include puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar, corn starch, food colouring E133 and carnauba wax (E903) as a glazing agent.
This mix is ideal for decorating cakes for birthdays, baby showers or autumn and winter celebrations.
