For a 26 cm round cake, mix the contents of the bag with 350 g of egg (7 medium eggs) and 35 ml of water. Beat on high speed for 8 to 10 minutes, then pour the batter into a greased baking tin. Bake at 175 °C for 35 to 40 minutes. For a 20 cm cake, halve the quantities.
The main ingredients are sugar, rice flour, starch from corn and potato, and skimmed milk powder. The pack contains 400 g. The mix may contain traces of egg, soy and tree nuts, so allergy sufferers should take note.
