Tasty Me red coating candy melts quickly and smoothly, making it ideal for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits. Once melted, the mixture is also well suited to decorating cakes and cupcakes, especially when used with chocolate moulds.

With lollipop moulds, the melted coating can be shaped into chocolate lollipops. The 300 g pack is labelled as a gluten-free product.

To melt, heat the coating in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too thin, a drop of water will help thicken it.
