Tasty Me gluten-free pink coating wafers are a convenient ingredient for sweet treats and decorations. They melt easily, making them ideal for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits, or for decorating cakes and cupcakes. The melted mass can also be poured into chocolate or lollipop moulds to create your own confectionery.

Preparation is simple: warm in a microwave-safe bowl at 700W for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, a drop of water will help it thicken.

Ingredients include sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, low-fat milk powder, colourings (beetroot and radish concentrate) and emulsifiers E492 and E322. May contain traces of tree nuts. Net weight: 300 g.
