Tasty Me Orange Coating Wafers are a gluten-free coating mass that melts easily, making it ideal for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits. It is also well suited to decorating cakes and cupcakes with chocolate moulds, or to making chocolate lollipops in lollipop moulds.
To melt, heat in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, removing and stirring every 10 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, add a drop of water.
The pack contains 300 g. Ingredients include sugar, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), low-fat milk powder, emulsifiers E492 and E322, and colourings E160a and E160c. May contain traces of tree nuts.
